SHIPPING + PAYMENT


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Estimated delivery time is three (2) working days after dispatch date for UAE. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

WHAT IF I PLACED AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

If you would like expedited international shipping with these services, please select FedEx shipping option at checkout. In all cases, you might be responsible for duties, taxes, and return expenses if needed.


All our international shipping is carried out by FedEx. Estimated delivery time is three (3) to seven (7) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR EDIT MY ORDER?

Yes, we will try to accommodate any changes to your order; however please reach out to us marketing@gentlemanscommunity.com, so that we can correct your address prior to shipment. We do try and ship things out as quickly as possible to you.


WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?

We’re sorry about that! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact marketing@gentlemanscommunity.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect items as well as your order number. We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible!



RETURNS + EXCHANGES


CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS IF I DON'T LIKE THEM?

Yes, you can return the items within 10 days of receiving them for an exchange or store credit. All goods must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them including all packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded. Before returning any items, please contact our service department at marketing@thegentlemanscommunity.com


WILL I GET A FULL REFUND?

NO REFUNDS - Once we receive the goods back in the original condition, we will issue a credit minus shipping charges. Any costs that we may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 14-days return policy from the date of receiving. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION:

The customer is in charge of returning the product. In case of an effective return, both sides have to reverse their share in the state of receipt. Any product with visible wear and tear will not be exchanged. The customer has to pay the costs of return.


HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

Please email us at marketing@gentlemanscommunity.com with the purchaser’s full name and the names of the items you’d like to return. An item that is received as gifts is only eligible for an exchange or online credit.

WARRANTY ON VINTAGE WATCHES

Each vintage watch is guaranteed by a 30-day mechanical warranty that we believe to be the most comprehensive in the industry. We stand behind every item we sell, though due to the nature of vintage watches, we expect reasonable treatment of all watches by their owners. Each watch is known to be working before shipment, though we make no statement about mechanical accuracy or waterproofing.


WARRANTY ON GLASSES AND ACCESSORIES

No warranty is granted for Vintage Glasses and Accessories.
